Skin Membership

For patients on the account only.

As a Skin+ member, you are entitled to a total of 12 treatments per year, lasting 60 minutes. Treatments include:

• Category #1 Clear + Brilliant, Photofacial, Skin Pen, Laser facial  (Limit 3 per year)
• Category #2 Diamond Glow, Customized Facial, Dermaplaning, Red Carpet Peel, Vitalize Peel, Enzyme Peel

Note: In the event you cancel your membership before one year or opt out of the program early, you may owe for services rendered.
